Far from family
Navigating life's hardest moments without your usual support system.
Built by NRIs, for NRIs
Finding the right therapist shouldn't feel overwhelming. SoulSaha helps you discover mental-health professionals who understand your cultural background and the unique experiences of building a life abroad.
Thoughtful matching. Culturally aware care. Your journey, your pace.
Many people building a life away from home will recognize some of this. None of it is a personal failing.
Navigating life's hardest moments without your usual support system.
Balancing personal choices, family expectations, and a new way of life.
Looking for someone who understands where you come from, not just what you're going through.
SoulSaha is being designed to make discovering a suitable mental-health professional feel clearer and more personal. You decide whether someone is right for you.
The service is shaped around the experiences of Indians and NRIs: family, relationships, and life between places.
Say what matters to you, including the language you want to speak, where you are, and the kind of fit you are looking for.
Explore professionals whose qualifications, approach, and availability line up with the preferences you share.
When profiles are published, the aim is to show professional qualifications and fees clearly enough to compare.
A therapist does not have to share your background to be a thoughtful fit, and a match is not guaranteed. Profiles, vetting, and bookings are not available on this site yet.
This is the path SoulSaha is being built to offer. Getting started today means a short intro call.

We believe finding support should feel human, respectful, and personal. SoulSaha is being built around the experiences of Indians living abroad, with the goal of making the journey to appropriate mental-health support a little easier.
Support should feel human and respectful, at a pace you choose.
Background, family, and life away from home belong in the conversation.
Personal details deserve care. A reviewed privacy policy will be published before any information is actually collected.
The aim is to help people consider qualified professionals. SoulSaha does not itself provide therapy.
We're building a community of qualified mental-health professionals who want to support Indians and NRIs around the world.
A conversation is an expression of interest. It does not mean SoulSaha has vetted or onboarded you.
SoulSaha is an early-stage service for Indians and NRIs living abroad. It is being built to help people discover mental-health professionals with more context about culture, family, and life away from home. It is a discovery and matching project in development. It is not a clinic, and it is not a substitute for professional clinical care.
SoulSaha is for Indians and NRIs living abroad who want support that can take cultural background, family dynamics, relationships, and the experience of building a life away from home into account.
The planned path is to share preferences such as language, location, availability, and the kind of fit you want, then explore professionals whose qualifications, approach, and availability align with what you shared. You decide whether to take a next step with someone. Matching is still being built. This site does not book a session or assign a therapist.
Showing qualifications clearly is part of the plan. A verification process is not in place on this website, and SoulSaha has not vetted or onboarded professionals here. Before beginning care with anyone, confirm their credentials and registration with them directly.
Professionals set their own fees. SoulSaha does not publish session prices yet, because bookings and therapist profiles are not available. When profiles exist, the aim is to show fees in plain language.
SoulSaha intends to handle personal information carefully. A reviewed privacy policy is not published yet — the Privacy page is a draft placeholder. This website does not ask for symptoms, diagnoses, or a mental-health history. Scheduling a call opens Calendly.
SoulSaha is developing a way to discover and consider mental-health professionals. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or crisis care. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services.
Take the first step towards finding support that feels right for you.
A short intro call. It opens in a new tab and is not a therapy session.
